Musician, Percussionist, Candombe Researcher. Graduate of the School of Music in Montevideo (Uruguay) and the School of Music basic cycle during two years at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil).

Tatita has published 11 Candombe Research works, produced 6 albums, and has represented his home country of Uruguay on 4 continents. He was the Uruguayan cultural representative at the 2010 FIFA World Cup Fan Fest in South Africa, and also represented Uruguay at the 2012 Yeosu Expo in Korea, the 2013 SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas, and the 2013 Inter Expo in Porto Alegre, Brazil. He was chosen by Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to represent Uruguay in the television program Q'Viva, and was recently selected by UNESCO to conduct a survey of Candombe in Uruguay.

Tatita's latest release, "Mukunda," in Candombe Jazz format, was recorded in Montevideo and is featured in videos filmed at Martin Cohen's Congahead Studios (New York). The album won the 2013 Graffiti Award (Uruguayan music awards) for Best Instrumental Candombe Album. In 2013 he formed the New York based group "Mukunda New York Candombe" with talented local musicians, and is currently finishing his latest album, titled "Iniciación," recorded, mixed and mastered at Congahead Studios. He is also a member of Jaime Roos's "3 millones" band.

Egresado de la Escuela Municipal de Música de Montevideo, Egresado de la Escuela Universitaria de Música ciclo Básico, curso 2 años en la Universidad de Sao Paulo.

Ha editado 11 trabajos de Investigación de Candombe, 6 discos, representó a Uruguay en 4 continentes, fue representante cultural Uruguayo ante la FIFA Fan Fest en el Mundial de Sudáfrica 2010, fue elegido por Jennifer López y Marc Anthony para representar a Uruguay en el programa Q'Viva. 

Representa a Uruguay en la Expo Yeosu 2012 en Corea. Músico estable de la banda " 3 millones" de Jaime Roos.  Representa a Uruguay en el Festival SXSW en Austin Texas 2013. Graba en los estudios de Martin Cohen (New York) músicas de su último trabajo discográfico "Mukunda" en formato Candombe Jazz. Forma el grupo "Mukunda New York Candombe" con músicos locales. Representa a Uruguay en la Expo-Inter 2013 en la ciudad de Porto Alegre. Es elegido por la UNESCO para realizar un relevamiento del Candombe en el Uruguay 2013. Endorser de la marca de instrumentos de percusión LP Latin Percussion.

Actualmente se encuentra editando su último trabajo discográfico titulado "Iniciación", grabado, editado y masterizado en los estudios de Martin Cohen, New York. Ganador del Premio Graffiti 2013 al Mejor Album de Candombe Instrumental.
